Here you will find information about me and the therapies that I do. In addition I have created a resource for information regarding essential oils and their many and varied uses. 

I am based in Cambridge and work from a number of locations in the area.

I trained in Cambridge and gained an International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapies (IIHT) diploma in Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and Remedial Massage.

Whilst taking a year off to have a baby I have extended my interest to include Baby Massage and Pregnancy Massage for which I have undertaken further study. Since returning I have worked for the NHS with pregnant ladies using Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Body Massage.

I have also gained a lot of experience using holistic therapies with cancer patients whilst working with a local hospice.

Over the years I have worked regularly with clients who have learning disabilities with great results.

I have treated many private clients at the Parkside Pool in Cambridge. They have visited me for a number of different conditions from back injuries to stress. I also have a number of regular clients who come to see me to relax. In addition I have long standing clients who prefer to have treatments in their homes.

These experiences have provided me with the knowledge and skills to help people in a wide range of areas.
